[Exclusive] Lee Min-ho, continues his hot screen career by joining 'Assassins'

Actor Lee Min-ho is filling up his big screen filmography.

According to the film industry, Lee Min-ho recently confirmed his appearance in the film 'Assassins (Director Jin-ho Heo)' and is currently preparing for filming.

Lee Min-ho, who will be reuniting with moviegoers for the first time in a long time in the summer blockbuster “Omniscient Reader's Point of View,” which opens in July, has decided that his next film will also be a movie.

“Assassins” tells the story of the suspicions and the hunt for those behind the Aug. 15 sniper attacks that shocked South Korea. The new movie, which is being prepared by Hive MediaCorp, which produced the 10 million mega-hit “Spring in Seoul,” is being referred to as the “second Spring in Seoul” and has been attracting attention from the movie industry since its planning and production stage.

Lee Min-ho will lead the film as the main character of ‘Assassins’ alongside his seniors, including Yoo Hae-il and Park Hae-il. As a representative star of the Hallyu genre, he will appear in a movie that deals with Korea's modern and contemporary history, which will attract not only domestic but also global attention.

“Assassins” is also a genre that Lee Min-ho has never chosen before, and it is expected that we will be able to see a new face of Lee Min-ho that has not been seen in his previous films. It is heralding the birth of Lee Min-ho's masterpiece that will explode on the big screen as much as on the TV screen.
