Shin Seung Ho-ORV

 I saw he rec'd an exemption from MS bc of an old ACL tear.  I wonder why he couldn't perform MS like LMH.  I had an ACL tear and I could easily do some sort of desk job/ community service.  LMH's old injury seemed like something more deserving of an exemption i.e. not being able to stand for long periods of time.  Nevertheless, I'm glad he served bc he would have rec'd a lot of criticism if he didn't.
